Welcome to the Open House event hosted by [Radio Inspiración] ("Hi Favor Broadcast") at the recording studio located at [136 S Oak Knoll Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101, Estados Unidos].
By entering the premises and participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter or remain on the premises.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the Open House constitutes your full and voluntary acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all visitors, guests, invitees, contractors, and any other individuals entering the property.
2. Right of Admission and Removal
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or require any person to leave the premises at any time and for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Creating safety risks for themselves or others.

Being under the apparent influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

Damaging property.

Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Failing to comply with instructions from event staff.
Removal from the event shall not entitle the individual to any compensation or reimbursement.
3. Responsibility for Property Damage
All attendees are expected to exercise reasonable care while on the premises.
Any individual who intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damages or destroys any property belonging to the Organizer or to third parties shall be solely responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement at current market value.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Recording equipment

Audio interfaces
-
Mixing consoles
-
Microphones
-
Cameras
-
Computers
-
Studio monitors
-
Musical instruments
-
Furniture
-
Decorations
-
Lighting equipment
-
Cables and accessories
-
Any other equipment or assets located on the premises
If the responsible party is a minor, the minor's parent or legal guardian shall be financially responsible for such damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Handling of Studio Equipment
The recording studio contains specialized and high-value professional equipment.
Unless expressly authorized by a member of the Organizer's staff, visitors shall not:

Operate any equipment.

Touch or move instruments.
-
Connect personal devices.
-
Disconnect cables.
-
Modify settings.
-
Access restricted production areas.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event and liability for any resulting damages.
5. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the premises.
This prohibition includes, without limitation:

Traditional cigarettes
-
Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes)
-
Vaporizers (vapes)
-
Cigars
-
Cannabis products
-
Any smoking or vapor-producing device
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event.
6. Prohibited Drugs and Illegal Substances
The possession, use, sale, distribution, or consumption of illegal drugs or controlled substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual found in violation of this policy and may notify law enforcement authorities when appropriate.
7. Alcohol Policy
Unless expressly authorized by Hi favor Bradcast, alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises.
Hi favor Bradcast may refuse admission to or remove any individual who appears to be intoxicated or whose conduct poses a risk to others.
8. Parking Disclaimer
Any parking area made available for attendees is provided solely as a convenience.
Hi favor Bradcast does not provide valet or custodial parking services and assumes no responsibility for:

Theft
-
Vandalism
-
Vehicle damage
-
Fire
-
Collision
-
Personal injury
-
Loss of personal property left inside vehicles
-
Any other incident occurring in the parking area
All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.
9. Personal Belongings
Visitors are solely responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings.
The Organizer shall not be liable for the loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of:

Mobile phones
-
Laptops
-
Cameras
-
Musical instruments
-
Bags
-
Wallets
-
Cash
-
Identification documents
-
Any other personal property
10. Assumption of Risk
Visitors acknowledge that entering and participating in an event held within a commercial recording studio involves certain inherent risks.
By attending, each participant voluntarily assumes all ordinary risks associated with walking through the facility, interacting with exhibits, and participating in demonstrations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived under California law, including liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct by Hi favor Bradcast.
11. Photography, Video Recording, and Use of Likeness
By attending the Open House, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be captured during the event.
You hereby grant Hi favor Bradcast an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and recorded content for lawful purposes including, but not limited to:

Marketing
-
Advertising
-
Promotional campaigns
-
Social media posts
-
Website content
-
Printed materials
-
Press releases
-
Digital publications
-
Educational materials
-
Corporate communications
No compensation or royalty shall be owed for such use.
Individuals who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should notify the Organizer in writing before entering the premises. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate such requests, complete exclusion from incidental recordings cannot be guaranteed.
12. Minors
Any person under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
The accompanying adult accepts responsibility for the minor's conduct and for any damages caused by the minor while on the premises.
13. Expected Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other visitors, and the property.
The following conduct is prohibited:

Violence or threats of violence

Harassment
-
Discrimination
-
Offensive behavior
-
Destruction of property
-
Dangerous or reckless conduct
-
Any activity that interferes with the safe operation of the event
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in prohibited conduct.
14. Compliance with Staff Instructions
Visitors agree to follow all reasonable instructions provided by event personnel concerning:

Restricted areas
-
Equipment handling
-
Emergency evacuation

Crowd management

General event operations
Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of California, Hi favor Bradcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to attendance at the Open House.
Nothing contained herein shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the official website at the time of the event shall govern participation.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or participation in the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within the State of California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
